Description : The Area Sales Manager is primarily responsible for selling German Pork & Chicken Products and services to new and existing customers within a given territory and market sector. This role is responsible for identifying and managing sales opportunities, building an in-depth understanding of client to position AFC products and services more operationally efficient, and manage the sales process to a successful conclusion.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Acting as a contact between the company and its existing and potential clients.
  • Gather market and customer information.
  • Arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
  • Responding to incoming email/phone enquiries.
  • Recording Sales, Review own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
  • Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.
  • Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
  • Attaining the market share projected for each product lines.
  • Influence present and future products by determining and evaluating current and future market trends.
  • Provide marketing information/marketing guidelines to the sales team within a territory.

Description : We are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive to help us meet our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You will be responsible for developing and executing all key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans required to achieve your financial targets.

  • Supervising of Subordinate Sales Team members & Sales Representatives / Promoters and motivating them to increase sales volume

Position : Key Account Manager (Deli Counters)

Description : Deli Counters, Key Account Manager are responsible for performing all the duties and job functions of an experienced Deli Clerk. They must follow approved procedures for receiving product, price marking, and restocking cases to ensure quality protection, accuracy, and product rotation. They must follow all inventory control procedures to maximize product freshness, quality, turnover, and availability for maximum sales. They will assist customers and will properly merchandise products in display cases and price correctly according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prepared deli items.
  • Unloaded deli products and transfer stock to storage areas.
  • Sliced, cut, weighed and priced stock in a considerate manner.
  • Upheld shelves and maintained cases filled at all times.
