Terms and Services offered by Arthur's Food Company are subject to your acceptance and compliance of the conditions for browsing, accessing, subscribing to or using any of our services as laid down by the company on our website www.arthursfood.com and that you agree that you have read and understood the same at the time of purchase orders.
In-so-doing, note that no image can be used or copied as Arthurs Food Company Pvt. Ltd has the sole ownership and rights to the same.
Payment Policy
For all Bulk orders Within India, at the time of order purchase you will agree to make CASH ON
DELIVERY (COD), and agree to a Minimum Order of not less than 50kgs at the time of placing orders.
You agree that the methods of payment may be updated from time-to-time on the Website as seen fit by the Company. You agree to review and understand the same while using our website for suitable payment options accordingly.
Prices Include Freight and Packaging.
For Orders Outside of India, at the time of order purchase you will agree to make ADVANCE
PAYMENT Before Shipping, and agree to a Minimum Order of not less than 1 Ton at the time of placing orders.
You agree that the methods of payment may be updated from time-to-time on the Website as seen fit by the Company. You agree to review and understand the same while using our website for suitable payment options accordingly.
Prices Do Not Include Freight…Packaging Is Included in Prices.
Order Delivery
Delivery and its logistics will be handled at our sole discretion by us or our appointed third-party delivery partner. At the time of placing any order, an estimated time of delivery based on your location will be shared with you by us along with any contact number for the tracking status of your order if any as the case may be at the time. Please note that we do our best to ensure that you receive your order expediently but cannot commit to delays that may arise from external factors like unavoidable traffic snarls, sudden strikes etc.
Cancellations and/or Changes
Please Note that all orders placed via email shall be considered confirmed unless the cancellation/changes are done by email before 10 am of the next morning before it gets ready for dispatch. No cancellation charges will apply if you cancel your order via email within the stipulated time frame. All the communication must be done via email only. Please Note also, that a Maximum of only ONE cancellation will be accepted in a month…no more.
